Our Commitment to Our Athletes

Our Commitment

At Tim Morehouse Fencing Club, elite development is built on trust, consistency, and care. In return for the commitment we ask of our athletes, we commit to:

  • Doing our best, every day — bringing energy, preparation, and intention to every practice, lesson, and interaction

  • Believing in every athlete — seeing potential in each student and supporting their growth at every stage of development

  • Providing a safe, positive, and challenging training environment rooted in respect and accountability

  • Offering world-class coaching and mentorship, with athletes supported by a team of experienced coaches

  • Taking a long-term development approach, focused on progress, not shortcuts

  • Communicating clearly and honestly with athletes and families about training, competition, and expectations

  • Upholding championship values — sportsmanship, integrity, teamwork, and leadership on and off the strip

  • Building a culture where athletes support one another, give back to the club, and lead the next generation
